In the midst of these extremely challenging times, we want to remind you that we are here for you, and our commitment to your health and safety is of paramount importance.
We expect to begin seeing all patients on June 6th- however this date is tentative. During appointments we will be taking extreme measures to ensure your safety.
Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You will be asked these questions again upon arrival to our office. Additionally, you will have your temperature taken. Anyone with a fever, cough or showing any signs of illness will be asked to re-schedule. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing. We will allow for greater time between patients to allow for a thorough disinfecting of all equipment as well as continuous cleaning of the entire office.
Patients will be asked to wait in their cars and we will text you when we are ready to see you. Visitors will not be allowed to accompany adult patients unless special assistance is needed. All patients must wear masks in the office. We will also ask patients to remove any gloves that they wore outside, and immediately use our hand sanitizer dispenser inside our front door.
Patients will be asked to go to our website and fill out the ADA COVID-19 Form before their appointments, which can be found here:
We look forward to seeing you again, and are happy to answer any questions or concerns that you may have about the steps we are taking to ensure your safety in our office.
Please call us or text us at 914-627-9944 and we will get in touch as soon as we can.
Thank you for being our patient. We value your loyalty and trust. As soon as we receive official notice from New York State, and the NYS Dental Association as to when we can re-open our practice, we will communicate this information with you.
